Conservation is a passion and a career choice. As a professor in the Oklahoma Biological Survey at OU, I use my training and experience in sustainability to shape how I study threatened species and ecosystems across the state. But conservation extends beyond the working day, as we can all benefit biodiversity by managing healthy habitats in our our yards and integrating our residences into the local ecology.
